What are the conditions for return?

• Received defective product

Any Payment Refund will be take 24 - 72 Hours to Settlement in your Account/Wallet .

How to place a return ? Select issue

• Go to My Orders > Order Details      Return > Select Issue

  Get an approval 

• Seller will approve based on Real Poof

1. Unpacking Video
2. All Images with Proper Invoice .

 Product will be picked up  

• Product must be in original condition with tags and packaging

     Products must be returned within 7 days for returns and exchanges. Once approved, the refund m will be credited to your bank account within next 7 days.

Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 days.
